Strawberry IceFrom Phyllis Partridge
1 big bag frozen strawberries (about 16 ounces) Juice of 1 lemon 1 egg white 1/3 – 1/2 cup sugar
Mix together in food processor until smooth and pink.
Pack in carton or bowl and store in freezer.
To serve, let soften a bit and garnish servings with fresh mint.
Can use other fruits.
