Barry Sweet was called recently when we
needed our unit painted. We met with Barry, a very nice professional. We
were about to leave for 2 weeks. Agreed on colors gave Barry the keys and
returned to a beautifully painted home. Barry's price was reasonable and he
even had some small weather damaged areas around our windows retextured. We

Special note to residents of the 1400 Pinnacle
building:
As buyers of one of the new units at 1400 Pinnacle Court, we
discovered a need for matching paint for some minor changes we were making
to the unit. No where in the volumes of literature that we received could we
find the answer. We contacted Frazee Paint in Oakland (510-420-8740) and
found out that the color is a custom color - Glacier White. The base is
Velvin 011 and the formula is C5B1.5I1. With this info the exact match is
available at any Frazee store. This color should match the walls and
ceiling, but not the trim. And be sure to check if you need a semi gloss
(kitchen and bath) or flat.
