Oven Baked PotatoesFrom Christine Friedrich
6 medium-sized baking potatoes Peel and cube potatoes. Place in mixing bowl. Add
pepper to taste and the pressed garlic. Remove rosemary from its stalk and chop
the rosemary. Add to potato mixture. Add just enough olive oil to the potato
mixture to generously coat the potatoes.
