Mango Ice Cream

From Phyllis Partridge

 

 

1 Bag Trader Joe’s frozen mango chunks

1 pint whipping cream

1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar

juice of 1 lime

 

Mix together in food processor until smooth. 

Pack in carton or bowl and store in freezer. 

Let stand until a bit softened. 

Garnish servings with fresh mint
