Just a short note to say thank you for making my "Seacliff" dream possible! I really appreciate all of the hard work and skill you displayed in effecting the sale of my Brickyard Cove unit and your willingness to help Langston and me with the sale of the house in Sequoyah Heights. The funds I received from these two sales made the purchase of my new home in "Seacliff" a reality. In both transactions, I know you went above and beyond the call of duty.

You certainly displayed tremendous negotiation skills by stretching out the close of escrow and the rent-back time to allow time for the "Seacliff" deal to close, and you were right-on in terms of what Brickyard Cove would sell for.
