Lemon Squares

So easy to make. And they cut into easy to serve squares making them a great pot-luck recipe

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the following in an 9" X 13" pan and pat down to form a crust:

1 cup melted butter

2 cups flour

scant 1 cup confectioner's (powdered) sugar

Bake 20 minutes

Mix the following:

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 cup flour

6 tablespoons lemon juice

When the crust is done, pour the liquid over the crust and bake 30-35 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Cut into small squares for serving.
