415-516-5093. Since I moved in he has painted, installed crown molding,
repaired tile, etc. He has almost completely remodeled his own home, I
don't think there is anything he can't do. Handyman
available to do electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry. No job is too
small. All work at an hourly rate ($25) or by the job. Free estimates.

Mark Barthman, the window washing guy is back in business
after his eye surgery. He also does other jobs and for those of you who
don't want to go all out for new kitchen cupboards and granite countertops,
Mark will refinish, regrout your white tile and adjust your cupboard doors,
also reseal around bath tubs. All of which he did for me for a reasonable

has been helping me for the past eight years with all the small home projects
I can come up with. He will help with plumbing but does not do general room
painting or wash windows. I can vouch for his honesty, integrity and

- I have used both Harvey
(367-5364) and Gillis (467-9154) of our BYL maintenance staff, when they are
not working here. They have been very helpful, courteous, accommodating, and
reasonably priced. They also can respond quickly, since they are here already
and can come right after work or on their days off. (February, 2007)

always he did an outstanding job, but the really good news is that Mark is now
