Easy Smoked Salmon Tray

What could be easier?

One package of the best wild smoked salmon you can find (I buy it at Costco)
One sour dough baguette
One stick unsalted butter
One red onion, sliced as thin as possible
Several spoonfuls of capers

Cut the salmon into thirds. Cut the baguette in slices as thin as possible. Cut the onion as thin as possible. Pile it all on a platter with the capers and butter, a couple of serving utensils, and you have the best appetizer I can think of.
