Directions to Brickyard Realty
From San Francisco and the East Bay Directions from San Francisco and the East Bay to Brickyard RealtyCross the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Bridge. Take 80 towards Sacramento. You will go through the Berkeley exits. Just past the Gilman St. exit, the freeway splits. Stay in the second to the right lane and take the split off to 580 W. It will be labeled San Rafael and Point Richmond. Stay on 580 about 5 miles. There will be a Pt. Richmond exit. DO NOT TAKE IT (it's too confusing) Take the exit before it, Canal Blvd. At the bottom of the exit there is a light - turn left on to Canal Blvd. Continue straight on Canal. You will cross Cutting. As you continue, you will see office buildings on your right. The last building is 1001 Canal. Once you pass 1001 Canal the road narrows and curves. Just past the curve is a turn-off to the right. There are signs there for Seacliff Estates. Turn right on to Seacliff Drive. Continue on Seacliff Dr. At the bottom of the hill, go straight at the stop sign. You will be on Brickyard Cove Road. The entrance to Seacliff Estates will be on your right and just past it will be the entrance to Brickyard Landing. Turn right into the complex. Drive past the first set of buildings and the road will fork Bear right at the fork and you'll end up in a parking lot. Park there The front building (nearest the water) is 1200 Brickyard. The back building (on the hillside) is 1201 Brickyard. Please be sure to enter the BACK building which has a “transfer elevator” – press "1" to take it to the top When you exit the elevator, walk behind it and you will enter a lobby Take the elevator to the third floor and come all the way to the end to #301 Directions from Marin to Brickyard RealtyCross the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge. Do not take the Pt. Richmond exit (it's too confusing) Take the second exit, Canal Blvd. At the bottom of the exit there is a light - turn right Continue straight on Canal. You will cross Cutting. We’re at the end in #301 Directions from I-80 to Brickyard RealtyFrom I-80, take the Richmond Parkway Exit If you are on I-80 East, turn left off the exit If you are on I-80 West, turn Right off the exit Stay on the Parkway to the end (about 6 miles) There is an exit off to the right that says Pt. Richmond - don't take it, just continue straight The Parkway ends at W. Cutting and becomes Canal Blvd.. You will know you are approaching the end when you see exits to the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge (on your right) and 580/Oakland (on your left). There will be a light as you pass under 580. Continue straight on Canal. You will cross Cutting. As you continue, you will see office buildings on your right. The last building is 1001 Canal.
