We were thoroughly satisfied with her professionalism and punctuality from the time she first submitted our offer to the time of closing on the property. Ida is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate, in particular Brickyard Landing, because she is also a resident there and knows the area firsthand. She was always helpful with any questions we had about the area. Even after the closing, Ida provided resources for my renovation plan and some of the references she provided were absolutely fantastic.
