Ida: I can’t say enough about the professional job
that general contractor Fred Olaguez (510-685-0236) and his crew did in
remodeling our master bath into a walk in shower. He was always there for
us, never made us feel that he didn’t listen to our questions or concerns.
He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him for ANY
home remodel you do. To top it all his prices were more than reasonable and
the finished job is magnificent. Having him as a Brickyard neighbor and
friend is something both Chris & I will always cherish. (April, 2008)
- Word of warning if you live on the first floor:
When Val Betti's workmen began the task (of
replacing our tub with a walk-in shower), they found that the drain was not
rightly positioned for the "American granite" composite shower enclosure
we'd ordered. It was not possible to x-ray through the concrete (too thick)
and not possible to drill because of the tension rods. Our solution was to
have the enclosure cut down and simply replace the tub. (January, 2008)

- I remodeled my bathroom (replaced a shower over a
tub with a shower)..I used Artistic Bath and Shower at 925-228-2277.
Russ was professional and kept surrounding area clean. He did
demolition, shower installation and all plumbing. Was nice not to
schedule other trades. He only uses Swanstone (comes in many
colors.) He is expensive but the results are excellent. I would
recommend him. (April, 2006)
