I've used Vacuum World at 10036 San Pablo (across from the Pastime/Ace hardware store) for several vacuum repairs during the last nine years. Was very satisfied, and did purchase a new one from them this year, after the 20 year-old Electrolux couldn't be revived any longer. They came recommended by others here at BYL as well. About a year ago I had my Hoover Windtunnel vacuum repaired at Vacuum World in El Cerrito. They are at 10036 San Pablo Avenue, across from the Ace Pastime Hardware store, between Central and Fairmount. They did a great job and are wonderful to deal with.
