Spinach Cream Cheese CasseroleFrom Phyllis Partridge
2 big bags frozen spinach (about 32 ounces total) 1 big box cream cheese (about 16 ounces) 1 stick butter or margarine (1/4 pound) 1 onion - chopped Bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Sauté onion in butter; when translucent add spinach.
When hot all through, put in large bowl and add cream cheese in chunks.
Stir until cheese has melted throughout.
Spread in 9" x 11" baking pan.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake until crumbs are browned.
