Welcome to Point
Richmond, California
Point Richmond is a community located a dozen miles
northeast of San Francisco and just across the Bay from Marin County.

Part of the City of Richmond, Point Richmond retains a
quaint, small town feel while having all the amenities of a large city.
Though only a few blocks, downtown Point Richmond boasts Masquers
Playhouse, Body Wisdom Exercise Studio,
shops,
artist
galleries,
grocery stores, a public library, and a large number of
restaurants! History buffs can visit the town's history museum, a
model railroad museum, or watch the restoration of a WWII Victory Ship.
Guests can stay at the East Brothers Light Station or the Hotel Mac,
both historic landmarks. Take a stroll through Miller Knox Regional
Park or swim at Keller Beach while enjoying breathtaking vistas of the
San Francisco Bay.
We have excellent transportation systems nearby,
including bus, train and ferry service into San Francisco and
surrounding communities. If you prefer to travel by automobile, Point
Richmond sits near the intersection of two major freeway systems and at
the base of the Richmond Parkway, making it one of the most convenient
commuter spots in the entire Bay Area.
