I highly recommend The Key Shack Inc., 1089 San Pablo Avenue, Albany for all your lockouts, and any new keylock installations. They are close, prices are the lowest in the neighborhood, and they are a small business worthy of being supported. A service call is only $50 vs. $70 - 90 for other locksmiths in Pinole or Berkeley. The whole installation cost for a numeric pad installation was only $145, since I already had the lock, and which our local maintenance workers were not able to install.
