Homeowners' Dues
Brickyard Landing Homeowners Association dues are paid monthly. The amount depends on the size of the floor plan.
These fees cover a variety of costs including: water; sewer; garbage; recreation facilities; landscaping; exterior maintenance; reserves; structural fire insurance; management; patrol, and, for some units, hot water.
