Replacing Front Door Seal

Some time ago we noticed that the seal in our unit's front door was partly missing or torn and the cold wind blew in without control.

After some futile interaction with BYL management I decided to take it upon myself to find a replacement seal. I looked and found an identical replacement seal, not a cheap substitute.

It turned out to be an easy task to entirely remove the old seal and install the new one, so I thought of passing this information to others who may find their front door seals in need of replacing.
