The nearest carwash that I know of is the Royal Coach carwash on Bellam Blvd. in San Rafael. It's at the second exit right after you get off the bridge just before you get onto 101. They do an excellent job. (March, 2009)
Bubbles is the best that I have found. It is in the vicinity of San Pablo and MacDonald on the Bay side of the street, slightly off the street. They also have a card that gets stamped each time that you have a wash, and when full, you get a free wash. (March, 2009)
I use the car wash on the SP Dam Road just the other side of Rte 80. They do a great job, cleaning both inside and out for less than 20$. They are close to Raley’s grocery store. (March, 2009)

I like the Solar Car Wash in El Cerrito. The address is: 10511 San Pablo, El Cerrito. You do not have to get out of the car and it cleans the car very well. (March, 2009)
