This is a large, rare "E" plan. What's different about this plan is that the bedroom suites are both at the back of the condo. This means that the entire front is dedicated to the living room area, making it a very wide expanse (as opposed to long and narrow with other plans). This condo also has no fireplace; instead there are extra windows along that wall. The unit is extremely open and light.

Because it is on the first floor, you would have the option of putting in hard surface flooring. Also, it is located directly off the lobby, the parking spaces are next to the elevator, and this building is directly behind the recreational facilities! What could be more convenient?
